Loyalty & Reward Co are Australia’s leading loyalty management consulting agency. We have designed loyalty programs for some of Australia’s biggest brands including CBA, Macquarie, West HQ (Rooty Hill RSL), Optus, Officeworks, Sportsbet, HOYTS, HCF, Dan Murphys, Vintage Cellars, Cellarmasters, Snooze and My House. We design solutions to drive member engagement using lifecycle management as the core foundation. We focus on streamlining how members join and are on-boarded, and implement extensive tactical approaches to drive growth and advocacy, while ensuring adequate retention strategies are in place if members start to disengage.

We tirelessly research the latest innovations in platform technology to ensure we can provide the best solutions to meet the needs of our clients and support the pure design of the engagement approach. We utilise analytics and machine-learning to deliver hyper-personalised member communications across a range of channels to achieve cut-through in a cluttered environment. We deliver best-practice dashboard reporting to enable our clients to see how members are responding to campaigns and work with them to devise strategies to increase engagement.

Loyalty & Reward Co are the world’s leading specialists in blockchain loyalty. We ran the world’s first blockchain loyalty research project in 2017 with the School of Computer Science & Engineering at the University of NSW (Unify Rewards). We wrote the book on blockchain loyalty (Blockchain Loyalty: Disrupting loyalty and reinventing marketing using blockchain and cryptocurrencies; 1st and 2nd Editions by Philip Shelper). We host www.blockchainloyalty.io, a resource centre for everything blockchain loyalty, which is ranked number one on Google. We’ve consulted to a number of blockchain loyalty companies; EZToken Rewards, Koin Rewards and ASX-listed REFFIND. We regularly present on blockchain loyalty at conferences and meet-ups in Australia and around the world.
